About our business

Al Tabi’ah Organics LLP is an edible-oil business focused on the production, packaging, marketing and sale of mustard cooking oil for household and commercial culinary use. We process selected-quality mustard seeds through an oil-expelling process, followed by settling, filtration and hygienic packaging for customer distribution.

We offer packaged kachi ghani mustard oil in 1-litre bottles. Our products are sold through this online store and through direct sales. The current price in PKR is shown on the product page.

Revenue comes from selling packaged mustard oil to individual customers and, where applicable, to restaurants, shops and distribution partners. Wholesale orders may be handled through separate invoicing and payment arrangements.

How we make and deliver your oil

  1. We buy mustard seeds from suppliers.
  2. The oil is extracted using an expeller.
  3. The oil is settled and filtered.
  4. It is filled, sealed, labelled and packed.
  5. We receive and verify your order.
  6. We confirm your online payment, or confirm your Cash on Delivery order.
  7. We prepare and dispatch your order.
  8. It is delivered by a courier or our local delivery service, usually within 3 to 5 days.
  9. Our team handles customer support, complaints and eligible refunds.

Your customer journey, step by step

  1. Browse and select. Open our product page, choose how many 1 litre bottles you want, then tap Order now or Add to cart.
  2. Checkout. Enter your name, contact number and delivery address. The order total, including any delivery charges, is shown before you pay.
  3. Choose how to pay. Select online payment (debit/credit card or mobile wallet) or Cash on Delivery.
  4. Pay securely. If you choose online payment, you are taken to our payment gateway’s secure payment page to complete the payment. Card details are handled by the gateway and are not stored by us.
  5. Confirmation. When the gateway confirms your payment, your order is marked as paid and you receive an order confirmation on screen and by email/SMS. Cash on Delivery orders receive the same order confirmation and may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.
  6. Dispatch and delivery. We pack your order and deliver it by local delivery (within Jand) or by courier elsewhere in Pakistan, usually within 3 to 5 days. Tracking details are shared when the courier supports them.
  7. Support. Contact us about delivery, damaged or incorrect products, cancellations or refunds.

How we use online payments

We use a payment gateway only to collect payments from customers for genuine orders of our own mustard oil products. At checkout, a customer who selects online payment is redirected to the gateway’s secure payment page to pay by debit/credit card or mobile wallet. After a successful payment the gateway returns the customer to our store, the order is marked as paid, and we dispatch it.

Each payment is linked to its order number and customer details, and we keep transaction records for accounting, reconciliation, customer support and tax compliance. Approved refunds for online payments are returned through the gateway to the original payment method. We do not use the gateway for third-party collections, money transfers or the sale of prohibited products.

Delivery

We deliver locally within Jand, including free home delivery where an offer applies, and by third-party courier across Pakistan, usually within 3 to 5 days. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Read the full Shipping Policy.
