Products and pricing

We sell packaged mustard cooking oil in 1-litre bottles, subject to availability. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR) on each product page. The total, including any applicable delivery charges and taxes, is shown before you pay or place your order.

Orders

When you order, you provide your name, contact number, delivery address and other information needed to fulfil the order. Please make sure it is accurate. We verify each order before dispatch and fulfil orders subject to stock availability and delivery-service coverage. We may contact you to confirm details or to tell you about availability.

Payment

We accept two payment methods at checkout:

Online payment by debit/credit card or supported mobile wallet, processed by our payment gateway on its secure payment page. Card details are handled according to the gateway’s security procedures and are not stored by us. Once the gateway confirms a successful payment, the order is marked as paid, subject to transaction verification.
Cash on Delivery, where you pay the order total to the delivery person when you receive your order.

Payments are accepted only against genuine orders for our own products.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may vary for reasons beyond our direct control.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

Customer support

Contact us using the details above for help with order and payment confirmation, delivery status, availability, damaged or incorrect deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and payment discrepancies or duplicate payments. We keep order and transaction records to help us investigate complaints.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation. Content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Al Tabi’ah Organics LLP and may not be copied without our permission.
