Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Al Tabi’ah Organics LLP aims to resolve customer complaints fairly while maintaining appropriate food-product hygiene and safety standards.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order number. If you paid online, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled through the standard process; please see the sections below.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, if you receive a damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect product. We may ask for your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue so that we can verify it.

Where a complaint is verified, we will arrange a replacement, return or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Returns of food products

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used edible-oil products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery where permitted by our approved return procedure.

This does not remove any of your rights under applicable consumer-protection law, or prevent a remedy for a verified defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied product.

Refund procedure

  1. Contact us with your order details.
  2. We review your complaint and the supporting evidence.
  3. We tell you our decision and any return or verification steps required.
  4. Approved refunds for online payments (card or mobile wallet) are returned to the original payment method through the payment gateway.
  5. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet to an account you provide.

Where a product was damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover any return-delivery cost.

Refund time frame

Approved refunds are initiated promptly after verification and approval. The time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment gateway, your bank or wallet provider.
